Wisp Prime has been delivered and with her we got the the Fulmin Prime. The regular version is a fan favorite, especially around the lower mastery ranks so the prime has to live up to the legend of the Fulmin.
In more recent times Digital Extremes deemed it worthy to BARELY upgrade variants. To the point where normal version are stronger depending on the existing the Riven disposition.
This is not the case with the Fulmin Prime since the regular was so popular so to the Disposition was low. So the Prime offers enough to make it a worthwhile upgrade.
We'll do our usual new player friendly setup but I recommend watching my normal Fulmin 2023 review for a more details that concern newer Tenno.
Switching gears, we will go to Steel Path and see what the weapon can do in a tougher environment and we'll wrap everything up with conclusions and a acolyte showing
