For the longest time the "meta" was X23 (for Eidolon Hunting) but with the introduction of tier seven components that have shifted to X27. That's because the Certus Brace is just flat-out superior to the tier three brace. Keep in mind that the Prism remains highly subjective and you should pick whatever you enjoy playing more. In my case, I enjoy the rapid fire of the tier four!
