Staticor Build 2018 - Warframe Guide (Gameplay)

What I want to see from Warframe is more space weapons like the Staticor. Essentially this is a throwing weapon but without the weird animations and you can also charge-up shots to quadruple the damage. Each projectiles explodes on contact with a surface or an enemy, or if it runs out of travel time. The build is rather straight forward but I would lean into Fire Rate mods such as Lethal Torrent and Gunslinger so you can get more efficient charged shots out.

Hey guys, hello and welcome back! As always, my name is Leyzar and today we're going to be diving deeper into this Mastery Rank 10 Secondary Weapon, the Staticor. As per the usual, I'm gonna have a cheap build, something affordable that anybody can build, then we're gonna switch to a suit-up setup, and wrap it all up with warframe buffs. Though please keep in mind that my builds and guides usually take a more New Player Friendly approach, simply because there's a lot of info here, and I want anybody watching to understand how the weapon functions, and how it should be built. So if you're a veteran of the game and already know most the stuff, then please bear with me. And with that out of the way, let's jump into the Staticor Build.

Let's begin by checking out how the weapon handles without any mods equipped, and for that I'm gonna need a couple of guinea pigs. First of all ... this one works kind of like a throwing weapon, though - unlike the Despair for example - the overhand throw and the underhand throw are exactly identical, and it will hit the same spot. But this still is a projectile based weapon, so you will have travel time. No real fall-off to the projectiles, but there is quite a fair bit of travel time, so you can simply fire like so at targets, if you so desire, you will see that the front impact will be generating an explosion. Keep in mind that the projectile has two sources of damage: first the impact and then the explosion. Ideally, you want to get both of them, but of course, if you have trouble aiming and all whatnot and... again, keeping in mind that it does have a lengthy travel time to them, you can hit the feet if you so desire.

Please check the link below to see the entire build / guide video for Staticor.

Conclusion:The Staticor is an outstanding weapon and I would recommend it to just about anyone. The only downside is the low riven disposition of one out of five, but you can't have'em all.

  1. A good Staticor build if you are wanting to go the distance. 6 Forma's with a Staticor Riven inserted. Deep Freeze , Heated Charge , Pistol Pestilence , Hornet Strike , Barrel Diffusion , Lethal Torrent , Convulsion. Blast 3,173 Radiation 1,763. Corrosive 2,644 . it works with any Warframe.
