Prisma Grakata Build 2018 (Guide) - The Grineer Underdog (Warframe Gameplay)

There are plenty of weapons around Mastery Rank 11, but few can pack as big of a punch as the Prisma Grakata. I wasn't expecting this weapon to perform as well as it did but I'm happy to say that it surprised me. Some weapons that Baro sells aren't worth anything past their xp value, but this is not the case with the Prisma Grakata. Overall an awesome Rifle that I fully recommend with either a slash / Hunter Munitions build or a standard Elemental Build.

Hey guys, hello and welcome back. As always, my name is Leyzar and today we're gonna be diving deeper into this Mastery Rank 11 Primary Weapon. I have a couple of builds laid out for you guys, something cheap and affordable, something anybody can get into, but of course we also have an Endgame setup with a Riven. That being said please keep in mind that my builds and guides usually take a more New Player Friendly approach, so if you're a veteran of the game, please have a little patience. And with that out of the way let's jump into the Prisma Grakata.

First of all let's take a general presentation of the weapon so you can see how it handles without any mods equipped. This is about 25 - 30 meters away from the target and I'm gonna simply start spraying. As you can see (in the video) the recoil is quite spiky, even at full fire it doesn't fully stabilize, it still kind of jumps around a little bit, the fire rate is quite awesome and, as you can see you got plenty of bullets to put into your target. Unfortunately the accuracy of the Prisma Grakata is definitely nothing special, the problem isn't necessary the weapon's accuracy "per sei" ... is more that spiky recoil, but let's jump in the stats and see exactly what we're dealing with.

First of all, Mod capacity is 60 out of 60 and if yours has 30 out of 30 then jump into actions and plug in an Orokin Catalyst. The Orokin Catalyst can be obtained from alerts, invasions, especially after Dev streams, or, you have the option of paying 20 Plat for it, and you are gonna need it to maximize your Grakata.

My weapon has been format a total of six times because I needed to test a whole bunch of combinations, but for the weapon builds I'm recommending you guys ... 4 should be enough.
Unfortunately most Prisma weapons ... I think all Prisma weapons ... come without any polarization at all.

Accuracy is twenty point six, which again is not bad, is actually quite nice, the problem is the recall and there's no indication of how big the recoil is unfortunately on the stats page.

Critical Chance is 25%, which is absolutely awesome and the multiplier much higher than the standard version of the Grakata at 2.5 X, and this is where the weapon shines. Very high fire rate at 21.67 and we have double the Mag capacity over the normal version at a 120 bullets. Alarming, of course, reload quite nice again at 2.0 seconds, again, another improvement over the standard version and we have a Riven disposition of 3 out of 5, which means that the Rivens for this weapon will be quite nice indeed. Status chance, again an improvement over the original, 21% status chance, trigger Auto ... and the default damage is impact, puncture and slash, with slash being the lowest, and again higher damage over the standard version of the Grakata

With that out of the way let's start slapping on some Mods, and you should always start off with Flat Damage: Serration is mandatory, no questions about it on mostly any Rifle build or bow build. Heavy Caliber for the Prisma Grakata is gonna be too subjective for me to recommend, the weapon is wildly as it is, and I simply don't like the performance with Heavy Caliber (medium to long range shots become really weird to control), this one you'll have to slap it on yourself, test it out and see if you're happy with the resulting accuracy. At lowering shots ... Heavy Caliber definitely will work wonderful, but at medium and long range ... sadly ... not so good. So, for now we're gonna leave it off. Next let's put on some Crit Chance and Crit Damage, because, like I said, this is where the weapon shines
