Secura Dual Cestra Build 2018 (Guide) - The Raging Plasma Storm

I didn't see a lot of players using this weapon so I didn't hope for much but thankfully the Secura Dual Cestra surprised me!
This secondary is fully capable of shredding high level targets in record time but it does have some severe drawbacks. Heavy Recoil, weak ammo efficiency, very long reload and relatively low accuracy. Even with all these negatives I still love how the weapon plays as it's very similar to something like the Supra or the Dera.

Hello and welcome back, as always, my name is Leyzar and today we will be diving deeper into this Mastery Rank 10 secondary weapon - Secura Dual Cestra. As per usual, we're gonna be covering a standard build, something affordable that anybody can get into, but of course, we also have the classic endgame set up with a Riven. 

Mod capacity is 60 out of 60, and if your weapon only has 30 out of 30 then jump into actions and plug in an or Orokin Catalyst. The Orokin Catalyst can be found from alerts, invasions, especially after a Dev stream, or you can get it from the daily sortie, or you have the option of paying 20 Plat for it.

My weapon has been format a total of 5 times but this was done for the purpose of testing. For the  weapon build I'm gonna be recommending you guys, you can get away with 3.

Conclusion:
The weapon can be obtained from the Perrin Sequence for one hundred thousand standing and it's more then worth the acquisition and build. You can either go Hybrid or you can ignore critical chance and damage and simply go for raw damage and status chance through the dual stat mods.
The Secura Dual Cestra is another weapon that surprised me and I highly recommend it as it's fully capable of annihilating mostly any enemies that would stand before you.
