Dual wielding shotguns sounds like a fantastic idea so I was very excited to test and build the Akbronco Prime. Initially I thought I could make a mini Tigris Prime style weapon out of them but without a very specific Riven Mod for them that is simply not viable.
The build that proved the best in testing was a classic corrosive / armor strip build with all four sixty sixty mods in order to reach true 100% status chance.
As per the usual, we start by checking Akbronco's stats and how the weapon handles without any mods equipped (Video).
When talking about Mods, the first thing we should always do is slap on some damage with Hornet Strike, that's gonna be two hundred and twenty percent extra damage. Then multi shot of course is mandatory on mostly everything, so we're gonna slap on Barrel Diffusion together with Lethal Torrent. We're gonna be getting Barrel Diffusion, one hundred and twenty percent and Lethal Torrent gives us sixty. Now the fire rate isn't really that big of a deal, yes you do get a bit of burst but consistently bumping into that reload time will mean even more downtime, and as you saw, the Akbronco Prime has quite the recoil on it, very similar actually to the Aklex Prime, I think just a little bit lower ...

Long story short the Akbronco Prime is a powerful secondary weapon but it's not going to win any awards anytime soon, mainly because of the usability issues it has.
