Through the Warframe yearly celebration we can obtain a few weapons, skins and other goodies.
One that has always stood out from the crowd is the Dex Sybaris Rifle which can help newer players coming into Warframe get a flying start.
The weapon will come with a pre-installed catalyst and it's own weapon slot so there is no need to invest much more to get the weapon to perform good. A few more forma and you're off to the races.
This guide is aimed at new players as it goes into great detail on many subjects such as damage, modding, resistances, vulnerabilities, Warframes and Buffs etc. While this is a tutorial for noobs we also have an endgame setup towards the end where a Steel path Build is fully showcased.
