Finally I get to fight a BOSS in Minecraft! We prepared for the Ender Dragon Fight by obtaining full Enchanted Diamond Amor and the all important Bow!
We also made sure to grab a bucket of water, plenty of arrows, a few golden apples, about ten should do. A few empty glasses are also good so you can pick-up Dragon's Breath. A carved pumpkin can also help since the Enderman will not ignore you.
The rest is rather simple as long as you know where the portal is. You go through, dig yourself out and be sure to not have to dark Shaders on. Simply destroy the Crystals in the towers so the Ender Dragon does not heal and shoot him with arrows until he is down. And that is all you need to know. After that you can grab the Dragon Egg and explore The End in search for cities.
