Astilla Prime Build 2021 (Guide) - Phoning It In (Warframe Gameplay)

After quite the long wait, one of the most anticipated Prime Warframes has been released. Gara is here! And with Gara Prime come two of her three signature weapons in prime form. Today I have the pleasure of reviewing the Astilla Prime. A brand new Mastery Rank fourteen primary shotgun.

The buffs that the Astilla prime has received are minor. A four percent increase in the critical chance and status chance and roughly a twenty percent increase in the damage. The last mechanical improvement worth mentioning is the magazine capacity that has been increased to twenty four.
These increases are not fantastic but not to be discarded either. It's safe buff that does the job without standing out from the crowd. Sadly, this also means that the performance of the Astilla Prime will be decent at best for a prime weapon.

The weapon performs well with a standard cheap build and it will also respond nicely to prime mods. The usual Hunter Munitions and Viral affair with a single option slot that does have various possibilities. Including but not limited to Vigilante Armaments, Motus Setup, A third sixty-sixty depending on taste and the situation, Blaze, Blunderbuss etc.
Riven mods are out of the question considering the starting disposition of the Astilla Prime of only one out of five.

Impact Just Loves 😅Me😅 - Astilla Riven VS 70K Kuva (Warframe)

As we are only hours away from the release of Garra Prime I wanted to be prepared and get an Astilla riven ready for the review. What followed next is pretty self explanatory.

Spectra Vandal Build 2021 (Guide) - Exceptional ST Performance (Warframe Gameplay)

Secondary weapons in Warframe may not be thriving in the current meta but there are still a few exceptions that stand out from the pack. Today we're having a closer look at one such exception, The Spectra Vandal!

Beam weapon with a limited range of twenty two meters and default punch through of only half a meter. Strong magazine at eighty, fast fire-rate at twelve, quick reload at one point two seconds and pinpoint accuracy. On paper the Spectra Vandal looks like a clear winner and I'm happy to report this plays-out in gameplay as-well. The largest chunk of damage is going to be Slash which will play very well with the Deimos mod Carnis Stinger.

Stradavar Prime Build 2021 (Guide) - Style Over Power (Warframe Gameplay)

Today I got the pleasure of revisiting another beautiful prime weapon, The Stradavar!
The rifle features two fire mods. Automatic and Semi, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. For the more comfortable Tenno Automatic is the way to go but if you fancy yourself a bit of a sharpshooter than Semi provides more damage per bullet and more Critical Chance and Damage, making it ideal for a Hunter Munitions Build.

While Build Diversity is not a key feature of primary weapons since the Mainline changes of twenty twenty the Stradavar Prime still packs a punch and can compete with other Assault Rifles in its class. While it may not be the most powerful it will stand its ground through respectable results.
Riven disposition is decent on this one. Sitting in the middle while the prices for Riven Mods are not all that expensive and stat priority follows the norm.
