Nagantaka Build 2021 (Guide) - The Useful Impact (Warframe Gameplay)

Crossbows in Warframe are a rare breed and today it's time we revisit Garuda's signature Primary weapon, The Nagantaka!

The Nagantaka features tow fire modes. One standard semi-automatic projectile based attack and a secondary Burst Mode which will unload all the remaining magazine ammunition.

The critical stats of the crossbow are nothing fantastic but the status chance and slash damage is high so we can either leverage Hunter Munitions or what we can do is make use out of a newer mod called Internal Bleeding. We can even get the weapon under two point five fire rate with primary fire if we chose to use an standard Vile Precision mod with no upgrades. This will bring the weapon's fire rate to two point two and this grant us the double benefit of Internal Bleeding.

In all actuality we're still applying slash to our targets it's just that we're doing it in a slightly different way by leveraging the guaranteed impact procs that the Nagantaka has. At the very least we have some Build variation.

Hard Sortie - Lech Kril Assassinate MK1 Kunai Meta (Warframe Gameplay)

Another day, another Hard Sortie! This time we had to defeat the forced of Lech Kirl. Defection, Mobile Defense and finally the Assassination.

As per the usual we imposed a set of rules to amp up the enjoyment and difficulty of the sortie. Ash with secondary only, hobbled dragon key and on the last two mission, only Mk1 Kunai!

Zarr Build 2021 (Guide) - Thar She Blows (Warframe Gameplay)

Another day, another fan favorite weapon in Warframe. This time the iconic Canon, Zarr!

At its base the Zarr is a ship's cannon that fires cannon-balls. Upon contact these cannonballs detonate and release a bunch of little bomblets that further add to the damage of the Zarr. The weapon also boast a secondary fire mode called Barrage which acts like a shotgun with a short range and very large spread.

In times of old sailors would load their cannons with whatever was around like silverware or any metal they could find when they ran out of cannonballs. I believe that the Barrage fire mode is made to mimic this exact fact.

Due to the current Meta we can get good results out of a Zarr Build through Hunter Munitions and the Viral elemental combo. Deimos enemies not counting. In that case I would drop viral and HM and go for a corrosive and heat approach. Sixty-Sixty mods over Ninety mods. Argon Scope is now also a viable possibility since the mod is a lot mod widespread and I would also consider Heavy Caliber since it does not affect the trajectory of the main cannonball for some reason. Accuracy in Warframe still being a goofy subject. Always remember that shooting for the feet so you can make the bomblets to make contact with a target is a great idea and will minimize self stagger.

Mutalist Cernos Build 2021 (Guide) - Split Flights To The Rescue (Warframe Gameplay)

It's no secret that I love bows! They're so satisfying to use and today we'll dive deeper into one of the more quirky bows, the Mutalist Cernos!

The Spiel of this one is that it launches spores after the main arrow witch detonate into a five meter area and deal damage over the course of ten seconds. This effect use to be viable before the status types were changed in the first Mainline Patch of last year. This was back when we had build diversity and ranged weapons were not outclassed by mostly any melee weapons. The Mutalist Cernos is one of the unfortunate sacrifices of these changes.

With a "Meta" Build focused on Viral and Slash through either Hunter Munitions or Internal Bleeding the weapon does poorly and only when we introduce Split Fights into the mix do we get to see some decent performance. But this is only single target power as the clouds are very feeble now considering they cant proc IPS and the Corrosive and Gas elements are weak or terrible depending on circumstances.

There is a plus side to being a weak weapon however, Riven Disposition. This is set to maximum five out of five and with a very good Roll we can see a flicker of life from this once great weapon.

Euphona Prime Build 2021 (Guide) - A Beast From Another Era (Warframe Gameplay)

It's time to revisit one of the hardest hitting secondary weapons in Wraframe! The Euphona Prime has two fire mods and packs quite the wallop with both. The Primary Fire Mode or "Slug" fires a a projectile at high speed with a very slight drop-off. The projectile has the quality to send enemies flying or flipping backwards when it has enough power behind it.

The Buckshot is just that. A shotgun fire mode that will spray the screen so it's only really usable in very close range when melee becomes an option. Being status base instead of Crit based like the Slug, this fire mode is less desirable currently because of the current Meta.
