Heroes of the Storm (Season 1) - Escape from Hell & Reaching Grand Master)

Heroes of the Storm Season 1 is in full swing with all its good and bad parts, after reaching Grand Master League I thought it's time to take a look at how things are shaping up for the brand new ranked play system.
I would currently describe Diamond 3-2 Hero League as being elo hell and to escape it being at the top of your game is not going to be good enough, the luck factor comes into play heavily but with time this should no longer be an issue.

Heroes of the Storm Ranked Gameplay (Season 1) - Xul (HotS Xul Gameplay)

Xul Ranked Gameplay in Heroes of the Storm Hero League at the start of Season 1. HotS match on the Tomb of the Spider Queen battleground, a map where this particular specialist shines. While many mistakes where made with two balanced team compositions. For the time being my results in placement matches should be good enough to secure a spot in Diamond League which is now the new elo hell. Rest assured the struggle is barely starting.

Heroes of the Storm Ranked Gameplay (Season 1) - ETC Gameplay

ETC Ranked Gameplay in Heroes of the Storm Hero League at the start of Season 1. HotS Match carried out on the Infernal Shrines battleground with my team dominating the entire match. Still have a couple of placements left and my target is Diamond League .. and if I can reach Master then awesome, if not.. not. Used the master ETC skin and Dire Wolf mount with the final tint because FOR THE HORDE!

Heroes of the Storm Ranked Gameplay (Season 1) - Sylvanas

Sylvanas Ranked Gameplay in Heroes of the Storm Hero League at the start of Season 1. The HotS Match was carried out on the Battlefield of Eternity ... my absolute least favorite map. The draft was interesting with the enemy team opting for the new double warrior meta, we managed to take a very strong early lead only to squander it latter... what transpired was a cliffhanger ending with both teams giving all they had to win the game. This was my first placement match and I play on bringing you more ranked gameplay in the following period. I used the Ranger-General skin with the Epic Elemental Wolf (Preseason reward) mount.

Heroes of the Storm - End of the Preseason (My Experience)

Season One is about to get underway and I thought this was a good a time as any to share some of my experiences with Heroes of the Storm (HotS) ranked Gameplay.

Smite (Gameplay) - Fafnir Lord of Glittering Gold - Arena Mode

Smite Gameplay with the Lord of Glittering Gold Fafnir from the Norse Pantheon. Didn't play a Guardian in a while and I do enjoy the little dwarf and I would recommend you give him a go.
