I got all of these by playing, you get one box every level and most items can drop from these boxes...regardless of the rarity. Very similar to how Hearthstone booster packs work, you always have one rare (Blue Guaranteed)

-Pose (Victory)
-Highlight Intro (for play of the game)
-Credits (in-game Currency)
-Icon (Profile Avatar)
Rarity :
White - Common
Blue - Rare
Purple - Epic
Orange - Legendary
