Heroes of the Storm (Patch Review) - Nova Buff, Rehgar Re-Nerf, New Features (Balance Update 17.0)

All and all beneficial changes which will be brought into the nexus starting Martch 1st with the Necromancer Xul. I'm expecting more changes then and as always I will keep you up to speed with events. I like the idea with Ability CDs in chat.. but I really hope we can customize this system to an extensive degree.
Chnages to Nova increase her viability early game and late game but still don't address some of her issues. Rehgar Changes seem Impact-full, perhaps the time of the Wolf God is ending
